The object of the procurement is the replacement of the content management system of the public websites of Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Unit or the Client), as well as the maintenance and development of the entity as a continuous service.

The contracting entity's public website at oamk.fi is currently based on the Joomla content management system. The Client has decided to change the CMS to the WordPress CMS.

In other words, the object of the procurement is the transfer of all the contents of the Contracting Entity's current public website (oamk.fi) to the WordPress platform (excluding the contents of the Study Guide), as well as the maintenance of the entity as well as assisting and implementing the development work in accordance with the continuous service model.

In the future, the selected supplier may, in accordance with the agreement, procure services related to the further development of the website, such as the development of public websites and/or the comprehensive renewal of site structures.

In addition, the acquisition gives the University of Oulu a stock option right to purchase services related to the WordPress content management system from the selected supplier on the same terms. The scope of the content will be agreed separately.
