The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 brand new city buses (year of manufacture 2018), with an overall length in the range of 8-10 m, low-floor with electric drive, equipped with elements increasing the utility of public transport and road safety as well as a plug charging system -in enabling simultaneous charging of 2 buses.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 1 A to the ToR - OPZ.

1.1. Buses that are the subject of the contract must:

1. be identical, in terms of technical parameters and completeness, have the same styling and colors (previously approved by the Employer), equipment and organization of the passenger space, be marked in the logotypes of the Project under which the Miechów Commune will be purchased (the template will be specified by the Employer)

2. be produced by the same manufacturer

3. be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities

4. possess the necessary documents permitting their registration and operation in Poland

5. have the correct structure (e.g. quality and materials used) and execution in accordance with applicable norms and regulations.

The investment is carried out as part of the task Low-emission urban transport system for Miechów, type Purchase of bus rolling stock as part of the Regional Operational Program of the Malopolska Voivodship for the years 2014-2020, measure 4.5 Low-emission urban transport, sub-measure 4.5.2 Low-emission urban transport - SPR, European Regional Development Fund.
