DPS TARGET

This dynamic procurement system (DPS) is subject to the delivery of premises furniture and related services to Hansel Oy's customers. The object of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments.

DPS CLASSES

The dynamic procurement system is divided into two (2) independent categories (subdivisions):

- Category 1: Furniture for purchase of goods

- Category 2: Furniture as a service purchase

Products and services included in the categories are described in Annexes 1a “DPS item, Category 1 Furniture as a supply of goods” and 1b “DPS item, Class 2 Furniture as a service purchase”.

A candidate may apply to one class or both classes with a single application. Under “Criteria for Acquisition,” the candidate must indicate in which class/categories the candidate submits an application to participate. The candidate shall submit the annexes and explanations required for each category of the candidate's suitability and conformity with the request to participate.

Approved candidates are subject to their own class-specific DPS agreement for each category.

DPS DURATION

The duration of the DPS is from October 12, 2021-November 11, 2025.

The acquisition phase of DPS will begin after the establishment phase on November 12, 2021. The acquisition phase of DPS will expire at the expiry of the DPS on November 11, 2025.

Hansel has the right to suspend the dynamic procurement system or its individual category (Class 1 or 2) in the middle of its validity. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in the DPS categories. The DPS is valid until November 11, 2025, unless Hansel suspends it while the DPS expires.

DPS INTERNAL COMPETITIVALS

The procurement is carried out by Hansel Oy's customers for each category of DPS through intra-DPS competition. Internal competition can be made once the acquisition phase of DPS began. Contracts shall be concluded before the end of the dynamic procurement system. Contracting contracts may be valid until 11 November 2027.

Each internal competition of the dynamic procurement system must be made from one category. This means that the Customer's RFQ may apply only to Class 1 or Class 2.

Category 1 Furniture as purchase of goods:

Contract procurement (orders) may be made before the end of the contract. Supplies based on orders must be delivered no later than six (6) months after the end of the contract.

Category 2 Furniture as a service purchase:

Contract procurement (orders) may be made before the end of the contract. The ordered services and the products contained therein shall be delivered during the duration of the contract.
