Framework agreement without minimum or maximum made in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. Each framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The services are divided into two lots and each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement. No variation is allowed.
Duration of the contract: the framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract and will end on 31.12.2023.
Acquisition and installation of bus shelters, garbage cans, stop posts, benches and lavatoriesInformation post for travelers to be placed at the network stopping points - bus shelter available at certain network stopping points - litter bin - benches to be available - toilets to be placed at the end of the line for bus drivers.
Acquisition and installation of independent lavatoriesSupply of furniture - transport and delivery to the installation site - operations required for the post of said furniture and for commissioning.
