Administration, development and exploitation of land owned by the state, which were previously used by the western group of Russian-Soviet troops - real estate, as well as administration and exploitation of land, which in the course of the implementation of the land reform according to Art. 233 §§ 11-16 EGBGB - BRV-A properties and the utilization of land reform land in third-party ownership, which are affected by the judgment of the Federal Court of Justice - V ZR 65/07 - of December 7, 2007 - BRV-B properties - as well as contract controlling regarding of the already sold WGT and BRV properties.

Administration, development and utilization of land owned by the state, which were previously used by the western group of Russian-Soviet troops - WGT properties - and contract controlling with regard to the land that has already been used. Existing properties in October 2020 (changes possible until the start of the service through sale or additions, more details are contained in the award and contract documents): Lot 1 approx. 123 WGT properties (a total of approx. 10 430 ha) as well as contract controlling for properties that have already been sold (approx 1 376 land contracts, including approx. 223 with clauses requiring supervision).

Management and exploitation of land that has become the property of the state in the course of the land reform in accordance with Art. 233 Sections 11 to 16 EGBGB - BRV-A properties - and the management of land reform land in third-party ownership, which is based on the judgment of Federal Court of Justice - V ZR 65/07 - of December 7th, 2007 - BRV-B-Liegenschaften - as well as contract controlling with regard to the already used properties. Existing properties in October 2020 (changes possible until the start of the service through sale or additions, more information is contained in the award and contract documents): Lot 2 approx. 5,490 BRV-A properties (approx. 15,270 ha in total) and approx. 4,330 BRV-B properties (a total of approx. 5 220 ha) and contract controlling for properties that have already been sold (BRV-A properties approx. 1,685 real estate contracts of which approx. 737 with clauses requiring monitoring).
