the holder of the framework agreement is informed that the Centre Hospitalier Alpes Léman, the support institution of the GHT Léman Mont Blanc, concludes the framework agreement within the framework of its legal competence (Article L.6132-2-5°A) of the Public Health Code) for the benefit of the beneficiary institutions party to the GHT. As such, the support institution conducts the award procedure and signs the framework agreement on its behalf and that of the beneficiary partner institutions. These institutions, for their part, are responsible for the execution of the framework agreement with the exception of the conclusion of any amendments.
