1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and order maintenance services in residential buildings located on ul. Szpitalna 11 in Chełm and ul. Wańkowicza 25 in Nisko and in adjacent areas being the resources of the Military Property Agency, the Regional Branch in Lublin.
2. The subject of the order was divided into the following two parts:
- part 1: "the provision of the service of maintaining cleanliness and order in a residential building and in areas adjacent to the building being in the possession of the Military Property Agency, Regional Branch in Lublin" in Chełm ul. Szpitalna 11,
- part 2: "the provision of the service of maintaining cleanliness and order in a residential building and in the areas adjacent to the building being in the possession of the Military Property Agency, Regional Branch in Lublin" in the town of Nisko ul. Wańkowicza 25.
