1. The subject of the order is the development of draft conservation plans for 2 nature reserves: Stara Dębina and Surażkowo.

2. The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts. Thus, the contracting agent shall not permit the submission of partial tenders referred to in Article 7 (15) of the Pzp Act.

3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the division of the contract into parts, since the scope of work necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract includes two areas with a small area.

Accordingly, the subject of the contract should be executed by one Contractor.

4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1 The subject of the order is to develop draft conservation plans for 2 nature reserves: Stara Dębina and Surażkowo.

2 The Contractor will develop draft conservation plans for the nature reserves of Surażkowo and Stara Dębina, which will consist of:

(a) documentation of the draft protection plan;

(b) draft order of the Regional Director of Environmental Protection in Białystok developed in accordance with Annex 13 to the SWZ.
