The collection points were grouped by the issuing authority in one technical certificate.

The approval requirement is that the electricity to be supplied has been generated from renewable sources. This includes electricity produced from hydropower including, including wave, tidal, saline and flow energy, or from wind energy, or from solar radiant energy, or from geothermal energy, or from energy from biomass, including biogas, landfill gas and sewage gas, or from the biodegradable fraction of household waste and industry. The supply of electricity from fossil energy generation plants, such as nuclear power, coal or gas, is not permitted.
