3-4200 Heating and sanitary installation women's changing room

The construction task involves the renovation of a listed building in the city center of Munich. The renovation is divided into several construction phases. The following list of services refers to the heating and sanitary installation of the women's locker room.

Core quantities:

- 2 3-piece washbasins;

- 2 wash basins;

- 1 piece furniture washstand with electronically controlled wash basin fittings;

- 14 showers with electronic shower fittings;

- 3 shower heads (sauna);

- 1 piece of rain shower (sauna);

- 5 toilets, washdown toilets;

- 8 shower channels and

- 12 floor drains new floor heating with approx. 225 m 2nd Area and 2 FBH distributors.

The work is divided into several construction phases. The individual execution dates must be clarified with the construction management.

- Beginning September 28, 2020;

- Ends 8.4.2021.
