To provide Services/ Goods as follows:
(a) Lot 1 – Installation of Nurse Call Systems & Cardiac Alarms Systems
(b) Lot 2 – Nurse Call Systems & Cardiac Alarm Systems – Maintenance, Servicing, Repair & Ad hoc work
(c) Lot 3 – Installation of Staff Attack Systems
(d) Lot 4 – Staff Attack Systems – Maintenance, Servicing, Repair & Ad hoc work
The Supplier will provide Services/ Goods as follows:
(a) Installation of new systems
(b) Expansion of systems
(c) Warranty servicing and repairs
(d) Supply of additional staff transmitter devices
Emergency call systems shall be capable of accurately identifying the location of the activated call. A number of integrated technologies may be required to give overall coverage. The system will need to meet all relevant requirements of HTM/HBN with provision for cardiac alarm.
Facilities should be incorporated into the system to record and archive data for future analysis and reporting purposes.
The call device should be simple to operate and, when activated.
(a) All calls should be relayed to a main indicator panel located in the reception or suitable control room/nurses station.
(b) A suitable visual and audible warning test facility needs to be available to confirm to staff and staff users whenever a call device is operational.

(a) Inspection, service and maintenance all nurse call & cardiac alarm systems
(b) Repairs to all nurse call & cardiac alarm systems
(c) Supply of spare parts and consumables
(d) First line telephone technical support
(e) Urgent / Emergency Call Outs
(f) Schematic Diagrams / drawings of staff attack systems
(g) Provision of the programming of the staff attack systems in accordance with the cause and effect strategy for each site/Contracting Authority.
