The city of Bad Urach intends to procure interactive displays for schools in Bad Urach. This includes the ready-to-use delivery, installation and commissioning of interactive displays and related lift systems in classrooms, as well as the associated services - including administration and user training as well as troubleshooting. The maximum purchase quantity of the framework agreement on interactive displays according to the SOW is 110 pieces.

The minimum purchase quantity of interactive displays is 97 pieces. 51 of these are intended for fixed installation and at least 44 on a mobile chassis.

Since the specific procurement requirements cannot currently be determined sufficiently specifically within these maximum and minimum purchase quantities, the purchaser entitled to retrieve should be able to flexibly place individual orders both in terms of procurement quantity and procurement period. In order to meet this procurement requirement, a framework agreement is tendered with the present procedure.

- Delivery/distribution/assembly/assembly/commissioning - according to item 3 LV; maximum purchase quantity 110 units

- Administration training - according to item 4.1 LV; maximum purchase quantity 5 training

- User training - according to item 4.2 course; maximum purchase quantity 15 training courses

- Directions training - according to item 4.3 LV; maximum purchase quantity 10

- Hour contract work in the course of additional work in connection with items 3 and pos. 6 LV - according to item 5 LV (each 0.25 hours); maximum purchase quantity 80 units
