This consultation was issued as an open call for tenders in application of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 et seq. Of the public procurement code. The consultation is allotted in two lots which, at the end of the procedure, will be the subject of two single-beneficiary framework agreements executed by separate order forms according to the definition of articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162- 4, R. 2162-5, R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13, 2162-14 of the public order code.
