The contracting authority is entering into a framework agreement for the hire of barracks modules. The agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for short and long periods in accordance with requirement and solution outlines.

The contracting authority will enter into parallel framework agreements with suppliers, based on the requirement and criteria given in the tender contest.

All call-offs under the framework agreement will be based on mini tender contests that are implemented electronically in the Mercell system, where all suppliers included in the framework agreement are invited to submit tenders.
