The contracting authority requires that all persons performing the subject of the contract - cleaning in the daily cycle (including persons performing the subject of the contract as a subcontractor and further subcontractor), be employed under the contract of employment, The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service cleaning and keeping the buildings and adjacent areas.The service subject to the contract should be carried out by the Contractor's own forces and using equipment and materials (means) belonging to the Contractor (not for disinfectant liquid for dispensers and dishwashers). The Contractor is obliged to use materials and measures meeting the standards for nutritional hygiene and safety, and having the necessary certificates authorising for use in office spaces and suitable for the specific type of surface.The Contractor is obliged to supply and supplement paper towels, liquid soap, toilet paper, garbage bags and shearing, dishwashing liquid, sponges or cloths for washing dishes, aerosol air fresheners (in each toilet cabin), supplies in electric air fresheners and toilet cube pendants. All means used by the Contractor must be delivered, stored and distributed in the original packaging of manufacturers guaranteeing safety of use. The area of office premises should be cleaned on working days፦ in Bydgoszcz from 13.oo to 16.oo, the area of service rooms, communication strings, toilets from 16.oo to approx. 18.o.- in Toruń and Włocławek from 8.00 to 16.00. The contracting authority reserves the opportunity to change the working hours of the cleaning services.The service covered by the subject of the contract provided for 12 months, planned to start from 1.06.2022 r. until 31.05.2023r. subject to the possibility of subsequent start of the service in case of delay concluding a contract.

The Ordering Party reserves the right of options — repeat the performance of the service for another 12 months.
