                        Multi-party Framework Agreement & Schedule of Rates Tender for Minor Civil Engineering and Associated Works 2023
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a multi-party Framework Agreement for minor civil engineering and associated works on public roads, streetscapes, public open spaces and in other public areas based on a suitability assessment and a schedule of rates document. Work contracts will be awarded from 7 work Lots, in each of Tipperary County Council's 5 Municipal/Borough Districts. Drawdown from the Framework will be by cascade only based on the separate schedules of rates for each of the Borough / Municipal Districts.
Successful tenderers will be requested to submit an Environmental Policy Statement  which will detail how that company intends to address Climate Change and to reduce the company’s carbon footprint.

Footpaths & Paved Areas
Work contracts will be awarded from 7 work Lots, in each of Tipperary County Council's 5 Municipal/Borough Districts. Drawdown from the Framework will be by cascade only based on the separate schedules of rates for each of the Borough / Municipal Districts.
Typically, the value of contracts under this framework will be in the  range from €5,000 to €200,000 (exclusive of VAT). It is estimated that the number of work contracts per year in any Lot is unlikely to exceed fifteen and that the aggregate value of  the work contracts over the life of the framework is likely to be no more than €15,000,000 (exclusive of VAT).
Tenderers wishing to qualify for a place on this framework must enter rates for all items in at least one (1) Lot in at least one of the 5 (Districts)on the pricing document.

Drainage & Ducting
Work contracts will be awarded from 7 work Lots, in each of Tipperary County Council's 5 Municipal/Borough Districts. Drawdown from the Framework will be by cascade only based on the separate schedules of rates for each of the Borough / Municipal Districts.
