The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of transport services for users with particular needs, to/from various work places, activities and schools in the municipality.

The service provider shall transport users in Lørenskog municipality who fulfil the terms for the right to such transport, to various work places, schools and activities, which are mostly within the municipality's borders. The user group has different psychological and/or physical disabilities.

The users have psychological and/or physical disabilities with needs that mean that

the use of public transport is inappropriate. The users' disabilities vary and some users depend on an attendant during transport. To the degree that an attendant is relevant, the attendant will be employed at the contracting authority or will be a relative of the user.
