The agreement is about carrying out the preventive and corrective maintenance of the traffic control systems (VRIs) of the municipality of Veldhoven.

The maintenance relates to the functional maintenance of the VRIs.

The objective is to realize an agreement with which assignments for carrying out work on the maintenance of current traffic control systems can be efficiently assigned.

The agreement is about carrying out the preventive and corrective maintenance of the traffic control systems (VRIs) of the municipality of Veldhoven.

The maintenance relates to the functional maintenance of the VRIs, work to be carried out consist mainly of:

- Drawing up and maintaining a list of management data for the traffic control systems;

- Attending a progress consultation on a monthly basis;

- Drawing up monthly summaries;

- Setting up and maintaining a 24-hour malfunction service;

- Repairing malfunctions of the traffic control systems (outdoor installation);

- Carrying out preventive maintenance at the traffic control systems (outdoor installation);

- Performing corrective maintenance at the traffic control systems (outdoor installation);

- Administratively reporting/handling of damage cases to traffic control installations (outdoor installation);

- Repairing damage cases to traffic control systems (outdoor installation);

- Coordination work with third parties.
