The Contract will involve gutter cleaning, roof inspection and roof safety system testing maintenance services throughout Barrhead, Neilston, Newton Mearns and Thornliebank, East Renfrewshire

Barrhead Housing Association intend to enter into a Measured Term Contract with a Single Contractor to undertake Gutter Cleaning, Roof Inspection and Roof Safety System testing services, as described within the Pricing Matrices incorporated within Tender Document A.

Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator’s (Refer Tender Document H), it is intended that the Contract may by a further twelve months upon completion of the four year initial period of the Contract.

The Contract is intended to commence on 1st July 2021.
