It is planned to build a functional, barrier-free, future-oriented and above all a resource-saving office building.
The new building should be certified by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and at least meet its “gold” standard.
The subject of the present call for tenders is the metal facades work
TWS (Technische Werke Schussental) Netz GmbH is a medium-sized utility company that, following voluntary unbundling, is divided into the core areas of network and sales and employs around 220 people. The purpose of the TWS tender is the creation of the extension of TWS Netz GmbH. according to specifications from the descriptions and drawings as well as the specifications:

In addition to highly flexible and modern workplaces, TWS is planning an independent customer center with separate access in the new building.
The new data center and an independent control center will be set up in a particularly secure part of the new building.
The construction project includes the new construction of the extension building along Georgstraße.

The building is 4 storeys adjacent to the existing building. The building corner stands out clearly from the surrounding development due to its 6 storeys. The main building along Georgstraße has 3 floors. The new building is complete on the 1st basement, partly with a basement in the 2nd basement.
The subject of this call for tenders is electrical installation work.
These include in particular
- 3 low-voltage main distributions, 16 sub-distributions
- approx. 50,000 m cable/cables
- approx. 750 installation devices
- approx. 600 KNX actuators/sensors
- approx. 700 luminaires in LED technology as well as emergency lighting via central battery system
- approx. 420 m² raised floor
- Fire alarm system with approx. 350 fire detectors
- 26 server cabinets including enclosure, 5 EDP floor distributors, approx. 40,000m data cable and approx. 890 data connections
- Installations for MSR+HLSK
Construction services in the “Electrical Installation Work” work work will start from week 18 2022 starting to week 37 2024).
