It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum expressed in quantity for its entire period of validity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 2° of the Public Order Code.
