the holder of the framework agreement is informed that the Centre Hospitalier Alpes Léman, the support institution of the GHT Léman Mont Blanc, enters into the framework agreement within the framework of its legal competence (Article L.6132-2-5°A) of the Public Health Code) for the benefit of all members of the GHT.
