1. The subject of the contract is the evaluation of the "Innovative Małopolska" project aimed at examining the results of the project in terms of effectiveness, legitimacy and rationality. The study is also to provide recommendations for further actions in this area.

2. The evaluation study will allow to determine the degree of compliance of the course of implementation and the results of the project with the adopted assumptions and to collect information enabling more effective and efficient planning and implementation of tasks supporting the innovativeness of the region.

3. The aim of the study is also to assess the impact of the project on supporting innovative SMEs from Małopolska, operating primarily in the areas of Małopolska smart specializations, in the field of strengthening cooperation between science and business, assistance in the commercialization of innovative technological solutions, as well as expansion into domestic and foreign markets.

The evaluation study will allow to determine the degree of compliance of the course of implementation and the results of the project with the adopted assumptions and to collect information enabling more effective and efficient planning and implementation of tasks supporting the innovativeness of the region.

4. Elements to be evaluated:

- Małopolska Festival of Innovation in the years 2019-2022, including in particular the opening conference of the Festival, discussion panels "At coffee about innovations", exhibition of inventions,

- trade fair events with the participation of Małopolska SMEs in 2019, 2021, 2022

- information meetings "Innovative Safari" in 2019-2021,

- seminar "Patent for a good start" in 2019 and twice in 2021.

5. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to the SWZ and will be entered as an annex to the public procurement contract;

6. The terms of performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the contract on public procurement – model contract and constitute Annex 1C to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model contract);

7. The Ordering Party has specified the conditions for the transfer of intellectual property rights in the model contract of Annex 1C.

8. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.

9. The Ordering Party informs that it intends to allocate PLN 20,000.00 gross to finance the order.
