KG and Aachener Siedlungs- und Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH, the Gesellschaft zur Förderung des Städtebaues und der Gemeindeentwicklung mbH (hereinafter referred to as moderne stadt) is inviting tenders throughout Europe for the final expansion of the outdoor facilities within the framework of the project "Revitalisation of the city centre of Cologne-Porz".

The performance period for the services tendered here is expected to be between the end of December 2023 and the beginning of July 2025 (see in detail in the construction schedule: File "19-004-AP-SC06-01-500-a_230920 [Construction schedule].pdf" as an annex to the bill of quantities - plant bundle 3).
