The subject of the contract are services related to the maintenance of watercourses in the area of Water Supervision Oświęcim – stage III – Participation with the city of Chrzanów.

The subject of the contract are maintenance works on the Chechło stream, which is located in the administration of the Oświęcim Water Supervision. The stream covered by the maintenance includes two sections, the first - in the area of the housing estate at Żurawiec Street and the second running through the entire city of Chrzanów - from the footbridge below the church at Borowcowa Street, to the Chechło reservoir. The riverbed runs in the immediate vicinity of single- and multi-family housing developments, public buildings, Fablok Allotment Gardens, road infrastructure and recreational and walking routes, green areas and farmland.

The purpose of maintenance works on the Chechło stream is to improve flood safety of adjacent areas. The scope of works will include mowing slopes partially with raking, local cutting of bushes, local cleaning of the area from mowing residues with removal from places indicated by the Ordering Party, restoration of the patency of the bed by removing dams in the bottom of the stream, restoration of the appropriate parameters of the stream bed on a 300 m long section – formation of the riverbed along with the plantation of slopes; repair of bands made of double forest fascine sausage Fi 25+25cm and restoration of bands from heavy hydrotechnical rock armour min. 130-200mm (over the sausage band) over a length of 300 m on both sides, i.e. a total of 600 m.

Access to the place of work is difficult.

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the subject of the contract is specified in the documentation of the proceedings, including in particular the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2a-2b to the SWZ, the offer cost estimate constituting Annex 3a-3b to the SWZ, the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ and the illustrative maps constituting Annex 14a-14b to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract are maintenance works on the Luszówka stream, which is located in the administration of the Oświęcim Water Supervision. The section covered by the maintenance runs from the mouth of the Luszówka stream to the Chechło stream in Chrzanów, to the areas located in Luszowice above the PKP railway tracks between Trzebinia and Jaworzno. The riverbed runs through the park areas of the Niepodległości housing estate, residential buildings

with single and multi-family housing, crosses road and rail infrastructure - local

and transit (A4 motorway, railway), public facilities, industrial plants and green areas.

The purpose of maintenance works on the Luszówka stream is to improve flood safety in adjacent areas. The scope of works will include: mowing slopes with raking, local cutting of bushes, restoring the patency of the trough through local removal of blockages of various origins and nanos, cleaning the plates and bottom from the application over a distance of approx. 1000 m, cleaning the inlet and slabs in the area

Wyszyńskiego Street, improvement of insurance from openwork concrete slabs in several points. The stream requires annual maintenance works due to large fluctuations in water flow, lush vegetation on the slopes developing during the growing season

and at the bottom of the stream, numerous dams and blockages in the riverbed, which narrow its cross-section

and prevent the free runoff of surface waters, causing damage to the slope and bottom insurance.
