1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services entitled: "Development of green urban areas under the Green Budget of the City of Katowice - Part 12"

2. The subject of the contract will be implemented in five locations indicated in the SWZ.

2. The subject of the contract will be implemented in five locations indicated in the SWZ.

3. As part of the contract, Task No. 1 - the basic subject of the contract (guaranteed) and possibly Task No. 2 - services covered by the option right of the Ordering Party should be performed

4. The subject of the contract includes:

1) Task No. 1 – the basic subject of the contract: performance of a service consisting in the development of greenery of urban areas in the locations indicated in the SWZ; According to the attached project documentation and bill of quantities m.in.: a) cleaning and preparation of the area for planting, b) planting trees and shrubs.

2) Task No. 2 – services covered by the option right, i.e.: a) maintenance and care of plantings in the period from 15.04.2024 – 15.10.2024, in locations indicated in the SWZ, as described in the SWZ,

b) maximum value of options – PLN 22,158.00, c) The Contracting Authority makes the exercise of the option right dependent on the financial possibilities allowing for their exercise.

5. The subject of the contract for Task No. 1 includes: land development for each location.

6. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract for Task No. 1 and requirements related to its implementation are specified in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ containing projects for individual locations, including: 1) Bill of quantities, 2) Technical description, 3) Technical drawings: PZT and PW, 4) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works.
