The initial release quantity should be delivered to the client by 30.04.2022 at the latest. The parties can agree on an earlier delivery as part of the call.

Sampler:

Upon submission of the offer, the offered device must be submitted as a sample. This device is not evaluated, but is purely for functionality testing. After the tender has been completed, the sample devices will be returned.

After acceptance of the first 500 thin clients, further calls up to a total number of 1,000 thin clients are possible. However, there is no obligation to accept the additional 500 thin clients.

The services are to be offered by the bidder, taking into account the tender documents, including application and tender conditions, EVB-IT purchase agreement, price sheet and catalog of requirements. A lot-by-lot tender is not planned.
