Europe-wide tender as a restricted procedure with a competitive bid for the purpose of concluding a contract for the implementation and introduction of a software system to support tactical and strategic resource planning.

The purchasing group HAMBURG WASSER, consisting of Hamburger Wasserwerke GmbH and Hamburger Stadtentwässerung AöR, represented by Hamburger Stadtentwässerung AöR, intends to conclude an agreement on the implementation and introduction of a software system to support tactical and strategic resource planning.

At HAMBURG WASSER, a software system is to be implemented that supports resource planning. The system should also take into account the special requirements of the different areas and be able to map the roles involved as well as the necessary processes.

All required information (e.g. resource information, projects, actual hours) can be integrated from other systems through existing interfaces to SAP-PS, SAP-HCM and MS Excel, among others, and qualifications and skills can also be taken into account in resource planning.

The term of the contract is to be 48 months. Expected start of contract: 01.12.2023.
