The ZVH tenders for the complete provision of the detailed planning (LPH 5 - 9) and construction of the building for a multi-purpose demonstration plant (BioCampus MultiPilot (BMP)). With this invitation to tender, the ZVH tenders the entirety of all planning, supply, construction and services (architecture / object planning, public development, civil engineering, shell construction, expansion, TGAE, outdoor plant work, construction, construction supervision) that are necessary for the realization of a fully functional building according to the results of the approval planning.

The documents of the approval planning (based on the HOAI LPH 1 – 4) serve as the basis for the subject of the tender. In addition, the results of the basic engineering of the process technology must be taken into account during the execution of the project.

With this invitation to tender, the client tenders the entirety of all planning, delivery, construction and services (architecture/object planning, public development, civil engineering, shell construction, expansion, building services, outdoor installation work) that are necessary for the realization of a fully functional building in accordance with the results of the approval planning.

In essence, the subject-matter of the present procurement procedure covers all necessary planning, supply and construction services which:

• for execution planning and monitoring based on the but not mandatory, complete and exclusive execution of LPH 5 – 9 for the performance profiles (basic services and special services)

o Object planning of buildings and interiors § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10

o Structural planning § 51 in conjunction with Annex 14

o Specialist planning of technical building equipment § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15

in accordance with the Ordinance on Fees for Architectural and Engineering Services (HOAI) as amended in 2021 or later;

• for the development and preparation of the future property of BMP (KG 200 according to DIN 276) (in general, all partial services of the civil engineering trade associated with the development and foundation);

• for the construction of all buildings and structural facilities on the property

(KG 300 according to DIN 276) (in general, all partial services of the specialist trades shell construction and finishing associated with building construction);

• for the realization of the technical building equipment (KG 400 according to DIN 276) without the user-specific systems of the process technology (KG 470 according to DIN 276) (in general, all partial services associated with the building construction of the specialist trade technical building equipment TGAE);

• for the realization of roads, paths, parking spaces, bypasses, water technology and other structural infrastructure necessary for the safety and proper operation of BMP (KG 500 according to DIN 276) without water surfaces and other measures for outdoor facilities and open spaces such as greening (KG 580 and KG 590 according to DIN 276) (in general all partial services of the civil engineering trade associated with the realization of the outdoor facilities);

are necessary.

Furthermore, the subject matter of this invitation to tender includes the entirety of all planning, supply, construction and services supporting the planner of the process technology, which are necessary for a complete integration of the process technology into the building.
