Bærum Municipality invites tenderers to an open tender competition for parallel Framework Agreements for the procurement of sun shading with associated services.

The objective of the tender competition is to enter into three parallel Framework Agreements with three providers who can meet the Contracting Authority’s requirement for sun shading with associated services.

Call-offs will be made through staggered deliveries during the contract period. The contract must always apply to all the Contracting Authority's addresses in each municipality.

The agreements are focused on all service areas/service locations in the municipality and companies. The Framework Agreements shall include municipal buildings and residences in the municipalities, including schools, nursery schools, nursing and activity centres, nursing homes, old people’s homes, swimming pools and sports centres, flats, office buildings, arts centres, municipal rental housing, health centres, etc.

The objective of the contract is to provide the municipality's service locations and companies with easy access to sun shading products and installation thereof, as well as accompanying services, in addition to a good balance between the price and the quality of the products and services that must be delivered.

The Framework Agreement covers, amongst other things, the following products and services:

— external, sun shading, including: screens

venetian blinds

awnings

Installation/service/maintenance/repairs

— internal sun shading, including: pleated curtains

Lamellar curtains

Blinds

Venetian blinds

Installation/service/maintenance/repairs.
