1. The subject of the contract are services covering the maintenance of high greenery in Tychy in 2023, divided into five parts, hereinafter referred to as tasks, entitled:

1.1. Task No. 1 – "Care of trees in parks and non-park areas located in Tychy in 2023",

1.2. Task No. 2 – "Care of trees in road lanes located in Tychy in 2023",

1.3. Task No. 3 – "Felling of trees in parks and non-park areas located in Tychy in 2023",

1.4. Task No. 4 – "Felling of trees in road lanes located in Tychy in 2023",

1.5. Task No. 5 – "Care of young trees in parks, squares and non-park areas and in road lanes located in Tychy in 2023".

1. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes, m.in:

1.1.tree care in parks, scorching and urban unarranged areas,

1.2.removal of suckers at the base of trees and outgrowths from the trunk,

1.3.unveiling of park lighting fixtures,

1.4.removal of fallen and broken trees,

1.5.cleaning the area from the windbreak,

1.6.grubbing up trunks,

1.7.milling of trunks,

1.8.tree care by the mountaineering method,

1.9.emergency removal of fallen and broken trees,

1.10.emergency removal of branches hanging on a tree,

1.12.emergency removal of branches hanging on a tree,

1.2.watering trees,

1.3.correcting, replacing stakes and bindings,

1.4.pruning and crowning,

1.5.removal of wild suckers,

1.6.removal of dead trees.
