No. 36/2023.Since this is an award concerning public investments, financed in whole or in part with resources provided for by the PNRR, the following applies:
- the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 76/2020 converted into Law no. 120/2020; Legislative Decree No. 77/2021, converted with amendments by Law No. 108/2021; Legislative Decree No. 13/2023, converted with amendments by Law No. 41/2023; the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2018/1999 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018.
The total amount of the project is € 9,353,330.00.The starting price of the auction is € 8,520,672.39 of which € 8,503,330.00 of works including € 1,167,345.23 of labor costs, € 132,657.61 of safety charges not subject to discount and € 150,000.00 of design. Pursuant to Article 11, paragraph 2 of the Code, the collective agreement applicable to the employees employed in the contract is as follows: C.C.N.L. Edilizia. Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 3 of the aforementioned Article 11 of the Code, economic operators may indicate in their tender the different CCNL they apply, provided that it guarantees employees the same protections as the one indicated above: in this case, before the award, the declaration will be acquired with which the economic operator undertakes to apply the territorial CCNL indicated in the performance of the services covered by the contract for its entire duration duration or the declaration of equivalence of the protections, the latter declaration to be verified also in the manner referred to in Article 110 of the aforementioned Code.
