DigiFinland Oy requests quotes for a chat and video reception solution in accordance with the specifications of this request for quotation and its appendices.

The object of the procurement is described in Appendix 01 of the invitation to tender Description of the object of procurement and other documents attached to the invitation to tender.

Tenderers are requested to note that the invitation to tender is accompanied by the document "Questions and answers for the procurement procedure suspended on 4.4.2023". With the document in question, the contracting entity asks the questions asked in the invitation to tender for the same procurement procedure, which was suspended earlier on 4.4.2023, as well as the answers given by the contracting entity. The contract documents published by this contract notice under the new procurement procedure have been corrected and specified as described in that document.
