1. Description of the subject of the contract.
1.1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of:
diesel oil and heating oil in the anticipated (actual) quantities:
-diesel: 200.00 m3
-light fuel oil: 32.00 m3
1.2. Place of delivery of diesel:
a) Waste Management Centre, 69 Podmiejska Street, 45-475 Opole;
b) Municipal Cemetery Opole-Półwieś, 31 Sudecka Division of Mechanized St., 45-834 Opole.
1.3. Place of delivery of heating oil:
a) Waste Management Centre, 69 Podmiejska Street, 45-475 Opole;
b) The main chapel in Opole-Półwieś, 4B Cmentarna Street, 45-837 Opole;
c) Transport Base, 1 Przeskok Street, 45-627 Opole.
1.4. Deliveries will be made on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding non-working days. Fuel collection by the Ordering Party will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
1.5. The Contractor shall provide transport and unloading at its own expense.
Diesel supplySuccessive deliveries of the expected quantity of diesel:
- up to 200.00 m3 of diesel oil, meeting the quality requirements for diesel oil used in vehicles, agricultural tractors, as well as non-road machines, equipped with compression ignition engines, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015. on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23 October 2015, item 1680, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23 October 2015, item 1679, as amended) and the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-EN 590:2013-12 (PN-EN 590+A1:2011) - Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel fuels - Requirements and test methods.
Delivery of fuel oilSuccessive deliveries of the anticipated amount of light fuel oil
- up to 32.00 m3 of oil meeting the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-C-96024:2011P and having the following parameters:
- density at 15°C not higher than 860 kg/m3
- calorific value not lower than 42.6 MJ/kg
- flash point not lower than 56°C
- kinematic viscosity not higher than 6.00 mm2/s
- pour point not higher than -20°C
- sulphur content not more than 0.10% (mass/mass)
- red colour
- water content not more than 200 mg/kg
-Solid impurities not more than 24 mg/kg
