The aim of this procedure is to select a private partner, i.e. a multidisciplinary team, in order to ultimately achieve a contractual public-private partnership (PPP) between sogent as a public partner on the one hand and a private partner on the other, with the aim of grant a lease right for the realisation of a residential project with budget rent apartments on the site of the Oude Dokken, on Stapelplein.
The private partner will be responsible for the design, financing and realisation of private development under the obligation to conclude a main lease agreement with Huuringent vzw, and under the public burden of conducting public environment works on the (future) public domain.
This contract is a work contract within the meaning of Art. 2, 18
