The Private Foundation of the Hospital de la Santa Cruz y Santo Pablo needs to provide a normative, preventive, conductive and corrective maintenance service with included material and modernization of lifts of the external heritage of the FP, since this service cannot be provided with its own means, neither material nor personal, therefore requires an external company to manage it in accordance with the technical guidelines set by the VET. The elevator maintenance service will have to fulfil the objective of providing the appliances of the farms covered by this contract with the means necessary for their proper operation, the specific functions to be performed are described in the Technical Specifications, among which stand out:

- maintenance management,

— rescue of trapped people,

- document management,

— modernization of apparatuses by obsolescence.
