The subject of the contract are services including works in the field of harvesting and skidding wood (all age classes) along with the performance of agrotechnical drainage in the area covered by the location decisions of the voivode in the field of energy investments in the Choczewo Forest District, in accordance with the Act of 24 July 2015 on the preparation and implementation of strategic investments in the field of transmission networks (Article 18 paragraphs 2a-4). The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of logging and skidding of wood and agrotechnical drainage, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Harvesting and skidding of wood (all age classes) along with agrotechnical drainage in Szklana Huta forestry (Package I)The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of logging and skidding of wood and agrotechnical drainage, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Appendix 2.1. – detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location;
Appendix No. 2.2. - assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;
Appendix No. 2.3. – a list of distances and conditions of wood skidding;
The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.
Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
