The tender is divided into two lots, which means that more candidates have a chance of obtaining a contract. These are:

The value of the total assignment (both lots) is estimated at approximately € 75,000 per year (excluding VAT). The amount quoted is only indicative of future expenditure based on current consumer prices and average consumption over a calendar year.

The maximum estimate for the framework agreement is set at € 500,000 due to possible increase in locations and spaces. The purpose of this estimate is to indicate a maximum value of the framework agreement in accordance with the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union (C-216/17). Should this total amount be reached earlier than the final end date of the contract, the framework agreement will no longer have any effect.
