Hiring of the service of repairs, maintenance and works of urbanizations, buildings and treatment facilities of the Empresa Provincial de Residuos y Medio Ambiente, SA

THE execution of the service of repairs and corrective and preventive maintenance of the urbanizations, buildings and treatment facilities of Epremasa in the province of Córdoba, due to the fact that due to the daily work and the characteristics of the material and equipment with which it works, damages occur. and breakdowns in the facilities. These incidents have to be resolved since transport services have to be carried out daily from our centers.

Lot 1: repair service, maintenance and works of urbanizations, buildings and treatment facilities of Epremasa, northern zone of the province of Córdoba.

The technical description of the work to be carried out will be as follows:

1) general repairs of masonry installations and works derived from faults that prevent the normal activity of the facility or service in Centers.

The objective of providing the service will be the commissioning of the installation or equipment in the shortest possible time.

In this case, the team that will carry out the repair must go to the requested facility within a maximum period of three hours from the communication of the failure, equipped with the material means and personnel appropriate to the type of failure reported, regardless of whether the failure is reported during the normal day or outside this day.

Whenever possible, the repair will be carried out entirely at the Epremasa facilities, avoiding stops and / or movement of the work team outside the facility.

Billable work time will be considered as that carried out in the facility, except that due to the type of breakdown it is required to carry out activities outside it, which will be communicated to Epremasa so that it can take control measures of billable work time in workshop that it deems appropriate.

A single trip (round trip) for repaired failure will be billable, understanding that additional trips will be included in the general expenses of the winning company;

2) preventive maintenance operations of masonry installations and works carried out on equipment or facilities in Centers managed by Epremasa.

The objective of providing the service will be to carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.

In this case, once the need for preventive maintenance has been notified to the successful bidder by Epremasa, Epremasa will have a period of forty-eight hours to start the repair of the installation or equipment from the notification of the need for it.

Within this period, the work team must appear at the requested facility, equipped with the material means and personnel appropriate to the type of maintenance reported. In the event that the maintenance operation requires the equipment or installation to be stopped, the maintenance must be carried out in its entirety (whenever possible) without the equipment or installation stopping affecting the service.

Whenever possible, the repair will be carried out entirely at the Epremasa facilities, avoiding stops and / or movement of the work team outside the facility.

Billable work time will be considered as that carried out in the facility, except that due to the type of maintenance it is required to carry out activities outside it, which will be communicated to Epremasa so that it can take control measures of billable work time in workshop that it deems appropriate.

For the invoicing of breakdown repairs and / or maintenance, the unit prices defined in the specifications will be used whenever possible. Lot 2: repair service, maintenance and works of urbanizations, buildings and treatment facilities of Epremasa, southern zone of the province of Córdoba
