The tendered contract comprises 2 turnkey contracts for the construction of 2 new and separate departments consisting of social housing for the two contracting entities. The construction is expected to comprise a total of approx. 120 homes for both contracting entities spread over approx. 8600 square meters built as apartment buildings on 6 building plots.

Tenders must be submitted for both tendered lots and evaluation and award of the lots will take place jointly, so that both lots are awarded to the same tenderer.

Turnkey contract for the design and construction of approx. 60 social housing units in a new housing department in Hasselager at Boligforeningen Århus Omegn, which is to be designed and constructed at the same time as the corresponding project at Brabrand Housing Association. The project's approx. 60 homes spread over approx. 4300 square meters will be built as apartment buildings in 4 floors on 3 building plots in connection with the corresponding project at Brabrand Housing Association.

With this invitation to tender, the contracting entity wishes to assign a turnkey contractor (a turnkey contractor team) who can deliver the entire building and civil engineering works and the associated architectural and engineering design services for the realisation of the project.

The assignment is put out to tender as a negotiated procedure, cf. Sections 61 - 66 of the Public Procurement Act.
