SDDC are seeking to appoint a number of Principal Contractors with experience of undertaking this type of work for a Design and Build Programme to build High Quality Energy Efficient Homes.

The Council wish to develop a Framework Agreement with a minimum of 3 Principle Contractors to provide New Properties of various types and sizes over the next 5 years.
