The subject of the Order is:
1) Provision of technical support services, at the STANDARD level, for all software used by the Ordering Party as part of the Commvault Data Platform central backup and archiving system environment,
2) Delivery of CV-BR-FT license - Commvault Complete Backup & Recovery - Per Front-End TB, Perpetual amount 5TB with manufacturer's service at the level of min. STANDARD.
The contracting authority shall allow an equivalent solution. More information on this subject is available in the Terms of Contract Specification (SWZ) and Essential Provisions of the Agreement (IPU).
1. The subject of the order is:
1) Provision of technical support services, at the STANDARD level, for all software used by the Ordering Party that is part of the environment of the Commvault Data Platform central backup and archiving system, assigned in the Commvault technical support system to the Ordering Party – CommCells FCDD0 (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), by the Software manufacturer or its authorized service partner, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Essential Agreement (IPU).
The purpose of the service is to ensure correct and uninterrupted (stable) operation of the Software for the period from the date of conclusion of the contract until 19/07/2025 while maintaining the continuity of the technical support service from 19/07/2023 on the terms set out in the IPU and Annex 2 to the IPU (in the case of equivalent software).
2) Delivery of CV-BR-FT license - Commvault Complete Backup & Recovery - Per Front-End TB, Perpetual amount 5TB with manufacturer's service at the level of min. STANDARD, within 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract, not earlier than from 19.07.2023 for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the license or equivalent solution. A description of the equivalence conditions for the Commvault Data Platform software is included in Appendix 2 to the IPU.
2. IPUs constitute Annex 8 to the SWZ.
