In addition, the electrical installation is to be renewed and IT networking in the school building is to be created or expanded.

The work must be planned and carried out in such a way that it can be carried out during ongoing school operations. The interests of students and the teaching staff must be given due consideration as far as possible with regard to the function of the building.

The subject of this call for tenders are basic services and, in some cases, special services in the buildings and interiors performance profile according to §§ 34 para. 4, 35 para. 7 ff. HOAI. The present call for tenders concerns planning services that are to be continued following a planning order that has already been completed but has now been terminated by mutual agreement. Results from the preliminary order are available from work phases 1, 2, 3 and 4. The building permit has been submitted. The building permit process is underway and is expected to be completed shortly.

With this order, object planning services from work phases 5 to 8 and, optionally, service phase 9 are to be commissioned. The client is aware that participating offices do not readily adopt the available planning results as their own. The client has therefore also decided to repeat planning services from service phases 3, in particular letters a, e, f, g, including cost calculation. It is up to the competition whether the bidders intend to perform all or only partial services from these services.

The cost calculation resulting from the processing of work phase 3 by another office in relation to the renovation of the existing buildings and the gymnasium as well as the new OGS building shows the following costs: 300 costs: €4,054,297.91 and costs of 400: €2,508,097.55.

The client wishes to implement a project according to a suitable BIM standard. For this purpose, a contractor information request and a BIM processing plan were created in service phases 1-3. These must be used as a basis for the further planning and construction process and, if necessary, adjusted. The contractor should perform the task of the BIM manager.
