Scope:

The dismantlading work of the existing buildings Haus 2, 3, 4 from the 70-year, including access ramp and chimney (above ground) includes a dismantmade volume of approx. 75 000 m3. A pollutant remediation (decontamination) is carried out in advance. The dismantling properties are located right next to the new building 1. Deconstruction of 14-storey bed house (house 2) and fireplace is proposed (recommended) to be realized by means of dismantling methods “floor by floor” and the use of a climbing scaffolding. With the remaining volumes of buildings, the so-called media tunnel in the 3rd UG and adjacent houses, waterproofing and protective measures must be carried out.
