The subject of the contract includes the purchase of heating oil in the amount of up to 42,000 liters (maximum estimated quantity) along with delivery to the warehouse of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o., Grenadierów 21 in Sosnowiec.
1. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of heating oil in the amount of up to 42,000 liters (maximum estimated quantity) along with delivery to the warehouse of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o., Grenadierów 21 in Sosnowiec.
2. Fuel oil tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters located on the premises of the Plant.
3. The offered heating oil must meet the requirements set out in the Polish Standard PN-C-96024:2011 or equivalent and have, m.in. the following technological parameters:
- calorific value (caloric content) - not less than 42.6 MJ/kg
- density at 15 °C - not more than 860 kg/m3
- kinematic viscosity at 20°C - not more than 6,00 mm2/s
- ignition temperature - not less than 56 °C
- sulphur content - not more than 0,10%
- water content — not more than 200 mg/kg
- the content of solid impurities - not more than 24 mg/kg.
4. The foreseeable quantity of heating oil covered by this proceeding is 42 000 litres. The total volume of fuel oil supplies may be reduced depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, but not more than by 20% of the given amount of oil. This means that the Ordering Party has the right not to realize 20% of the specified amount of oil (8,400 liters), and the Contractor will not make any claims in this respect.
5. Deliveries covered by the subject of the contract shall be made in batches, throughout the term of the contract, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party for the individual order of the Ordering Party, forwarded to the Contractor by e-mail 2 working days before the required delivery date. In the individual order, the Ordering Party shall specify in particular: the amount of fuel and the delivery date. Deliveries will take place from 7.00 to 14.00 of the designated delivery day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in accordance with Article 1 paragraph 1 of the Act of 18 January 1951. on non-working days (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1920).
6. Oil deliveries shall be carried out by transport of the Contractor to the warehouse of the Ordering Party. The contractor should have a tank truck designed to transport fuel oil equipped with a refueling meter with a current certificate of legalization of the refueling meter. The vehicle to which the Contractor will supply oil must meet the requirements of the regulations on the transport of hazardous materials and environmental protection regulations. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the appropriate technical condition of the equipment when refueling tanks in order to ensure ecological conditions. During each delivery, the Ordering Party has the right to demand the presentation of a valid certificate of legalization of the measuring device of the tank truck with the number corresponding to the serial number of the meter installed on the delivery vehicle. The tank truck must also be equipped with a printer that allows you to make a printout of the delivery containing information about the temperature and quantity of the delivered product.
