The performance of services in the field of forest management in the area
Forest District Radziwiłłów in the year 2022
Package 1 — Radziwiłłów (forestry: Żyrardów, Tumor, Bolim, Białe Mud, Mariańska Forest, nursery farm)1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering work on farming and forest conservation, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and work in the field of nursery management to be carried out in the area of Radziwiłłów Forest District in 2022.
2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and nursery management work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;
Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;
Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies.
3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.
4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the Standard of Forestry Works Performance Technology) and in Annex 4.1 to SWZ (Regional Description of the Standard for Forestry Work Performance Technology).
Package 2 — Obręb Sochaczew (forestry: Younszyn, Zakrzew)1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering work on farming and forest conservation, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber to be carried out in the area of Radziwiłłów Forest District in the year 2022.
2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Package 3 — Specialist Package: WPG — Pre-Soil Preparation (Entire Forest Area)1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering forest farming work to be carried out in the area of the territory of the forest. Forest district Radziwiłłów in the year 2022.
2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the summary quantities of forest farming work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
3) The tangible ranges set out in Annex No 3.1 are estimated.
4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests.
