Description:

The contractor shall be in charge of providing a whole range of services and associated products related to the organisation of events on behalf of the contracting authority. The events take place in the European Union as well as outside and can take a variety of forms, which include, but are not limited to, the following: Citizens' Dialogues, major conferences, participation in international events, fairs and exhibitions, or virtual events.



The scope of this negotiated procedure is the provision of new services consisting in the repetition of similar services entrusted to the tenderer to which the contracting authority awarded the original contract.

The legal basis for the increase of the ceiling is point 11.1.e) of Annex I to the Financial Regulation (Regulation 2018/1046 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18.7.2018 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union).
