This DPS is being set up to support SCS in their full sales service requirement for both existing and upcoming schemes.

The DPS is being set up over a 10-year period to support the authority in meeting its requirements. It will include provision of property market and valuation advice in relation to the new homes being constructed by SCS (Swan Commercial Services) and, marketing and sale of the residential units designated for market sale at the development including those being made available (which may or may not include shared ownership), for the highest possible price that is reasonably achievable. Other associated services may also be requested. You will be required to complete a capability matrix to assist with appropriate shortlisting for mini-competition. The first DPS round also contains a mini-competition which is designed to be awarded immediately.
