Viewpoint require a Contractor to undertake annual safety checks, responsive maintenance to domestic and communal gas heating systems and new gas installation work to its properties in Edinburgh and Fife. These properties are a mixture of, but not limited to, tenanted properties, sheltered housing and care homes.
