— The expected execution period is from 1.9.2021 to 5.11.2021,

— Interested parties must report to the Frauenwald Forest Office (036782/6585, forstamt.frauenwald@forst.thueringen.de) no later than 18.6.2021, 9.00 a.m., for the purpose of agreeing a viewing appointment,

— Tenders from tenderers who do not provide evidence of participation in the viewing appointment with the offer cannot be considered!

— Please note that the award of the contract is subject to the approval of subsidies requested for the limescation measure. If the funding is not authorised, the contracting entity shall inform the tenderers thereof without delay and shall revoke the procurement procedure. In this case, financial compensation to tenderers cannot be granted:

— For reasons of eligibility, accounts should be submitted by 12.11.2021 at the latest.
